The Night before Christmas and I'm Sentimental…

Christmas Eve is fading fast into Christmas morning. We had our annual Italian Sandwiches and I can't say enough how much we enjoy this tradition. It was so nice to see not only our immediate family, but were able to enjoy the company of Kay, Frances, John, Stephanie, all of Tracy and Kevin's family and grandchildren and Papa and Gramma H. Grumpy is so great at getting things all ready, and then cooking the sandwiches to everyone's individual orders. We (Jade) found us some really great buns this year from Alpine Valley Bread Company, we will be using them again in the future.

I hope everyone knows just how much we love hosting, and how much we appreciate everyone taking time out of their busy Christmas Eve's to come eat with us. I know we see each other more than a lot of families do, but somehow that just makes it more special on a holiday. I am grateful for the close family we have and hope you know how much we love you.

We fine tuned a few things this year and Tawna came prepared with crafts for the kids for some added fun. Jade was on hand in the kitchen and was a huge help with the buns and extra running. Everyone is always glad to pitch in here and there, so it all goes well. Okay, it's midnight and I still have presents to wrap.

Merry Christmas to you all.
