Grumpy and I went to Disneyland/California Adventures last week with R.B., Stacie and the kids. It was so fun, I was so tired, and I think I lost the rest of the week. We had a great time, and I will post a better post about it with all the fun pics I got. I'm sure I'll be “back to normal” (if there is such a thing) this week. Grumpy drove us home and then proceeded to get sick. He has been down (in the lounge chair) since Friday. His Dr. called him in a script, so he says he is feeling better, just really weak and finally hungry. He's back at work tomorrow, so hope he gets some really good sleep tonight. I have so much to post about, but I need my beauty sleep, so will do it tomorrow. (always put off until tomorrow what you should have done today, right?)
Meanwhile, we are saddened by the loss of Uncle Eddy. Grumpy's uncle Ed passed away earlier this week and he will be missed. It helps to know how loved and cherished he was, and that now he will be in a better place. No more suffering, but he will be whole. I hope his sweet wife Kay and their kids, Terri and Sandy will be comforted in their loss. I know time really does help, but it doesn't seem like it does for a while. I love their family and hope they know they are in our hearts and prayers always.
