Even though I know Nathan doesn't really like his birthday, I still feel the need to post this happy occasion. He just has so many great qualities they must be listed and publicly expounded. If any of you have come to know some of Nathan's personality quirks, please feel free to comment - I only remind you there are still some things a mother-in-law would rather stay ignorant about.
We love that:
- He is slow to anger
- That he loves seafood
- He has such pretty blue eyes
- That he is an avid and much practiced instigator (antagonist)
- He is such a great dad
- That he appreciates home cooking
- He is good at whatever he tries
- That he takes his scouting role seriously
- He is such a hard worker
- That he loves to play hard too
I could really go on for a while, but I try to keep these tributes(?) to 10 things. We have known Nathan for a long time - long enough to have seen him dance in a roadshow, go to all the fancy dances in jr. high and high school, play school sports (looking darn good in those uniforms) and watch him grow into the wonderful husband and father he is today. I hope I have embarrassed him enough for him to know how much we love him.
